Townsend Retires

Congratulations to Rose Townsend, our Vice President of IT, on her retirement after 35 years of service to Erie Materials
Rose first joined us in 1989 as an Assistant to the Controller. She was promoted to Corporate Information Manager in 1996, then to Director of Information Systems in 2003, and finally to Vice President of Information Systems in 2014. Throughout the years IT and Erie Materials’ operations have evolved significantly. Rose has led the company in implementing new ERP, CRM, and proof of delivery (POD) systems as well as installations of new software platforms and migration to the cloud. Have a happy, healthy, retirement, Rose!
