Paul Burleson has 41 years of experience in all aspects of the building materials, remodeling, and in-home sales and marketing processes and has not left the industry since 1983.
He has been the home improvement specialist and trainer for Reynolds Aluminum, Owens Corning, Alcoa, Ply Gem, and Westlake Royal.

He’s pioneered the use of technology in the industry including:

  • Creating websites for home improvement companies in 2001
  • Promoting YouTube Testimonials in 2005
  • Designing virtual selling systems and training programs
  • Producing driveway selling models during Covid
  • Designing AI tech approaches for the home improvement industry.

Paul currently designs and trains on selling systems for over 200 home improvement companies. He is the primary training partner for Power Home Remodeling, Champion, Home Depot, Sears, Lowes, Window Depot, and Universal.

He is a nationally recognized industry seminar speaker and trainer, speaking on various platforms with Dave Yoho, Qualified Remodeler, Power 100, Rick Grosso, Tony Hoty, and Grosso University, and Top Rep Consulting Group.

Paul has written hundreds of articles and conducted countless interviews promoting and growing the building materials and remodeling industries.
